EzCita is a 24/7 automated appointment monitoring service for Spanish immigration appointments (Cita Previa). You tell us which appointment you need, and we search the government's booking system continuously until a slot appears. The moment one does, we book it for you automatically. You then receive a confirmation and pay the remaining balance to get your appointment PDF.
Honestly, we can't give you a precise answer because it depends entirely on when the Spanish government releases appointment slots — and they release them unpredictably. Our system searches 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so the moment a slot appears for your procedure and province, we'll act immediately. Some customers are found in hours; others wait days or weeks. Choosing 'Any office' and selecting no date limit improves your chances significantly.
Both services are identical in how they work — 24/7 automated monitoring and instant booking. The difference is priority: Urgente orders are placed at the front of our booking queue and receive a higher priority score in our system. If two orders are waiting for the same appointment slot, the Urgente order is served first. Standard costs €29.99 total; Urgente costs €39.99 total. Both have the same €5.00 deposit.
At launch, EzCita covers Alicante. We will be adding more provinces over time. If you need a province we don't currently cover, please email us at info@ezcita.com and we'll notify you when it's available.
Yes. During the booking form, you can select specific offices you'd like us to search. However, we strongly recommend choosing 'Any office' if possible — this gives us the most flexibility and typically means finding an appointment faster. If you have a specific office requirement (e.g. it's closest to you), go ahead and select it, but be aware it may take longer.
If your preferred date range passes without us finding an appointment, your search enters a 7-day grace period — we keep searching for one more week in case a slot appears just after your preferred end date. After those 7 days, your search is paused (but your queue position is kept). You can resume your search at any time by updating your date range from your dashboard. If you don't resume within 90 days, your search is automatically cancelled and your deposit is retained.
When we find and book your appointment, you'll receive an email with the appointment details and a link to pay the remaining balance. You'll also see the details in your dashboard with a countdown timer. Once you pay the balance, we send your official appointment confirmation PDF by email and make it available for download in your dashboard. That PDF is your proof of appointment — bring it with you on the day.
We send you reminders at 24 hours and again at 4 hours before the deadline. If the balance is not paid within 48 hours of us notifying you, we are required to cancel the appointment and return the slot to the government system. Your deposit is retained. Your search will not resume — you would need to place a new order if you still need an appointment.
Our deposit is non-refundable once your search begins. This is because we start searching the moment your deposit is confirmed — we provide the service immediately. Please see our full refund policy in our Terms & Conditions for the specific circumstances under which a refund may be considered.
Yes. We take data security seriously. Your personal information is stored encrypted on EU-based servers. We only use your data to perform your appointment search and booking — nothing else. We never sell your data to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
No. EzCita is completely independent. We have no relationship with the Spanish government, the Ministerio del Interior, the Policía Nacional, or any public body. Government appointments are free — you pay us for our monitoring and booking assistance service only.
You can update your date range and office preferences from your dashboard at any time (up to 5 changes per day). If you need to cancel your search, you can do so from the dashboard — though please remember your deposit is non-refundable.
